Yesterday, 10 February 2015, the Speaker of the North West Provincial Legislature, Hon. Sussana Dantjie showed her appreciation by fulfilling her promise to the matric class of 2014 at Tswaing Local Municipality, rewarding all those who received distinctions at any subject with trophies, and those who attained more were showered with latest laptops, i-pads and data cards.

On Tuesday, 10 February 2015, the Speaker of the North West Provincial Legislature, Hon. Sussana Dantjie will be rewarding the matric students of various schools in Tswaing Local Municipality as her way of thanking and giving back to them on their sterling performance during their 2014 matric examinations.

North West Legislature Terminates Membership of Mr Papiki Babuile

The North West Provincial Legislature, having established facts pertaining to the conviction and sentencing of Mr Papiki Babuile as reported in the media statement released last week has on the 4th February 2015 informed the leader of the official opposition party, the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), that Mr. Papiki Babuile is no longer eligible to be a member of the legislature by virtue of the provisions of section 106(1)(e) of the Constitution.
